When i try to run Encrypt4all i received the message : "you do not have administrator
privileges on this machine", but I am the administrator,What should I do now?
For Windows Vista Users:
Right-click the icon that you use to run the program, and then click Run as administrator.
When you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the
administrator password, or click Continue.

For some program icons, the Run as administrator option is not available on the shortcut menu.
For these program icons, follow these steps:
Right-click the icon that you use to run the program, and then click Properties. On the Shortcut tab,
the Target box contains the location and the name of the program file.
Open the folder that contains the program file.
Right-click the program file, and then click Run as administrator.

I have forgotten my password, how can I get my files back?
There is no way of recovering your information without the correct password.
What do you mean by the term"Multi-Level Protection" ?
When you check this option the program creates an internal mask inside your locked folder.
After I encrypt a file, I go back in the folder and I see two of the same duplicate files, one file is
encrypted and the other is accessible to open, view and modify without password, what
should i do?
You must delete original files after creating encrypted archives.
Can locked folder open on another PC?
No, BUT  if another PC does support locked folder mask the folder can be accessed
Can i use this software to safe my financial data files?
Yes, we recommended that you encrypt files using encrypted archive feature.
When i try to lock a folder asked to select a mask,how can i choose ?
You can choose any mask, we recommended 'Control Panel' mask because it supported on all
windows editions.
If i use Encrypt4all for locking a folder and then i uninstal it, is it possible to access my folder?
No, you Must install Encrypt4all to unlock your folders.
If i uninstall my windows,is it possible to access my locked folder?
If you install a new edition  that does not support locked folder mask the folder can be accessed .
There is anything we have to be cautious about when using this software?
Yes, if you want to use this software on your business you MUST use 'Encrypted Archive' feature
it is suitable for  
highly sensitive data.
What file extension will the encrypted file have when it is saved on the hard disk?
The encrypted archive is shown as a *.e4a file.
Can an Encrypted Archive file be cracked?
No, an Encrypted Archive file cannot be cracked under any conditions.
Is Encrypt4all able to encrypt images or .exe file?
Yes, Encrypt4all allows you to encrypt any types of file. It retains their format and on decryption
you’ll get the exactly the same format that you had encrypted.
